Do I need to have a menu in mind before I contact you?
No, in fact, we feel it is our job to personally create a menu that fits your needs. Therefore, we ask you specific questions regarding the event so that we design your perfect menu.
Is there a minimum number that an event needs to be in order for you to cater it?
We cater any size, from 2 people to 500+. We can do it all.
Can you provide staff?
We are happy to supply you with our chefs, servers, bartenders, and professional on-site event managers.
Do I have to pick from the items on the catering menu from your website?
Not at all. Most of the people that contact us for catering really do not know what they want to eat at their event, they just know they want us to cater it. We have created the sample menu section on our website to give our clients just an idea of some of the items we offer. However, many of the menus we have created come from the specific needs of our clients rather than what you see on our sample menus. We pride ourselves on the notion that if there is a recipe or a favorite food you want to see on the menu, we can make it happen.
Do you do more than just create menus for an event?
We offer full-service event planning- from transportation to the flowers, the food (obviously), the rentals, and even the music-we can help minimize your workload.
Do you take care of items such as linens, plates, and silverware?
We do outsource all of our rental items and would be more than happy to take care of any rental items for you.
In addition to you catering my upcoming party, I also want you to take care of the alcohol, can you advise me on the best wines to buy and purchase them for me?
We are not legally permitted to purchase alcohol for a client. However, we would be more than happy to have one of our in-house Sommeliers work with you in selecting the best wines for your event. It would be the client's responsibility to physically purchase the wine however.
What is a drop off event?
A drop off event is typically used for clients not interested in having us staff their event, but rather deliver the food and leave. Food is delivered in disposable containers and any additional cooking instructions are laid out for the client. *Please note that this is not recommended for clients interested in having more than one course.
